ServiceArc offers in-house (depot) and on-site break/fix repair of customer equipment. As Authorized Service Provider and Self Maintainer for several OEMS including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Getac, and Durabook, we have the technical expertise to service your needs.

Our Repair Center is located in the Washington DC metropolitan region. It is comprised of two primary labs for repairs/upgrades and equipment refurbishment. Both areas are capable of supporting Diagnostics/Testing, Troubleshooting, Hardware Upgrades/Retrofit, Secure Erase, Component Ecycle, and Routine Maintenance.

In addition to standard PC/laptop repairs, our technicians are certified to deploy/repair HP, Roboze, and Trumpf 3D printers.
